Our products are built to last. We're so confident in their construction and design that we have a Lifetime Warranty on each and every one of them. The Lifetime Warranty covers NORMAL use. Was your disc run over by a truck? Did you drop your ball from a sky crane? Not normal. Were you just playing catch? Normal.
If your __ (enter product name) is not performing as it should, we want to know about it. Please email us and tell us what the heck is going on. Include details such as what product it is, what it is/isn't doing, what (if anything) happened to it, what (if anything) you've tried to do to fix it, and what (if anything) we owe you in therapy bills for your distress (just kidding!).
We'll reply with suggestions on how to remedy or instructions for mailing the product back to us. We want all our products to see the light when YOU want to see the light, and we'll do everything in our power to achieve that goal!
Note: The majority of "malfunctions" are remedied with new batteries, so please be sure to try fresh juice before contacting us because that's usually the first thing we're going to suggest. Visit our FAQ page for help in that department.
