Our products are built to last. We’re so confident in their construction and design that we offer a guarantee for the reasonable lifetime of the product. Though we strive for the highest quality materials and craftsmanship, some products do eventually wear out. Our limited lifetime guarantee covers NORMAL use. Did your disc fly into a wood chipper? Was your ball snatched and shredded in a drive-by by a bald eagle? Not normal. Just playing catch? Normal.

If one of your Flashflight products isn’t preforming as it should, we want to know. Send us an email with the details, product type, the issue, what happened, and any measures you’ve taken to fix it already. We’ll get back to you with suggestions or instructions on how to ship the product back to us.

Please Note: The majority of “malfunctions” are remedied with a fresh set of batteries. So, before you reach out to us make sure you’ve taken this step! For assistance check out our FAQ’s page and watch the “how to” video!
