Flashflight (regular, junior, mini, and Discuit):
- pry off the cap - the cap is made of a different material that's more pliable than the rest of the disc, and if fingernails don't do the trick, use a screwdriver or butter knife
- take out the light module
- slide out old batteries
- slide in the new batteries
- click ‘on’
- replace light module + cap (tip: put a tiny bit of spit on the inside of the cap)
- press firmly to make sure the cap is properly seated (again, the spit will help with this!)
- play on!

SpotLit, RideLit, TaskLit, BikeLit, SpokeLit, etc., + SeeKey:
- pry off the cap
- take out the light module
- slide out old batteries
- slide in new
- click ‘on’
- replace light module + cap
- play on!

- pry out the plug using a screwdriver
- take out the light module
- slide out old batteries
- slide in new
- click ‘on’
- replace light module + plug (tip: put a little bit of spit on the plug)
- give the cap a solid ‘whack’ to make sure it’s properly seated
- play on!
